SUBJECT AREA: SOCIAL STUDIES
In this class students will learn conversational Ojibwe with an emphasis on everyday questions and answers, high-frequency vocabulary words, and begin to build a framework for sentence building. Students will also learn how to read and write in the Ojibwe Language using the double-vowel system of Ojibwe orthography. This class is primarily a lecture class with high student responsitivity rate based outcome.
